With the highest level of automation and a maximum production speed of
18,000 sheets/h, the completely redesigned new ROLAND 500 sets new standards
in the half-sheet size. For packaging printing and now commercial printing
as well. A wide range of options such as a coating module and coordinated
dryer configurations, along with the capability of processing substrates
up to 1 mm thick, provides the ROLAND 500 with the same application flexibility
for which the larger MAN Roland presses are renowned all over the world.
With the optional, automated coating form changeover system – Coating
PPL – and further automation possibilities, the
ROLAND 500 has the most highly-automated coating module on the market
in any format class!
Not to forget the optional 0B plus format for sheetfed sheets sizes up
to 590 x 740 mm.
Besides the best print quality available, which is a characteristic of
all MAN Roland sheetfed presses, the ROLAND 500 is of course also available
with the unique double-diameter InlinePerfector sheet turning system which
does not increase press length!
